The Safety Committee inspects each facility once each quarter. Findings of the inspection team are relayed to the Safety Committee and the supervisor of the facility. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FACILITY SUPERVISOR to take care of any safety concerns identified by the inspection team.
