Students, their families, employees and potential employees of the Coos Bay School District 9 are hereby notified that the Coos Bay School District does not discriminate and prohibits discrimination in any programs or activities on the basis of protected class, including age, citizenship status, color, disability, gender identity, immigration status, marital status, national origin, race, religion, sex, or sexual orientation. Unresolved complaints may be appealed to the Oregon Department of Education.
